OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Trading Hours - we are open Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am to 12pm. Sunday is by appointment only. Closed all Qld based public holidays. 
  • Pickup & Return Times - unless otherwise agreed to, pickup is from 8am onwards and returns no later than 11am.
  • RV Rental Discounts - advertised discount offers are only applicable to nominated caravans and only available on new bookings. All Qld & NSW school & public holiday dates which fall within the special rate period are excluded. Peak rates will apply to these dates. The nominated discounts are subject to change without notice. ​
  • Sealed Roads - No motorhomes are allowed on any unsealed roads (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete), corrugated or rutted roads or any 4WD tracks or on beaches or sand. Please note that the Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads. ​
  • Deposit - 25% of the total hire charge or $200 deposit (whichever is greater) is required to secure your booking. Please note that no booking is finalised until deposits have been processed. The balance of all hires is due 4 weeks prior to travel.
  • Security Bond - $1,000 processed onto a credit card on the day of pickup or 24 hours before delivery and refunded in approximately 15 business banking days of return of the caravan subject to adherence to the terms and conditions of the hire. ​
  • Hire Rates - inclusive of GST, Comprehensive & Public Liability Insurance charges. Please note that cleaning and gas bottle refill charges are mandatory which are over and above advertised caravan hire rates. If you find a cheaper price for a like for like caravan, then we'll beat it!
  • Payment Options - Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Eftpos or Credit Card. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies to Visa, MasterCard & American Express transactions.
