We are seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist / Booking Agent to join our Underwood office. This role will see you as the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing bookings, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure a smooth hire experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and by email.
• Process and manage caravan hire bookings.
• Provide accurate information on hire rates, features, and terms.
• Coordinate schedules with operations staff.
• Handle payments, security bond processing, and administration tasks.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

About You:

• Previous reception, admin, or booking experience (travel/tourism industry desirable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using booking systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented.

Luxury Caravan Hire is one of Australia’s leading caravan rental companies, and we’re looking for a skilled Caravan Technician or Tradesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for those with backgrounds in mechanics, auto-electrical, coach building, RV/marine, or general automotive repair who are looking for variety and steady work.

What You’ll Do:​

• As a Caravan Technician / Tradesperson at Luxury Caravan Hire, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of hands-on technical work, including:
• Chassis & Suspension
  • Inspecting and servicing suspension systems (leaf springs, torsion axles, shock absorbers)
  • Checking and tightening wheel bearings, hubs, and brakes
  • Diagnosing alignment or tracking issues
• Brakes & Wheels
  • Fitting, adjusting, and servicing electric brake controllers
  • Performing brake shoe, drum, and magnet replacements
• Electrical & Auto-Electrical Systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing 12V wiring systems
  • Installing/servicing solar panels, inverters, and battery management systems
  • Troubleshooting and repairing caravan lighting, appliances, and charging circuits
  • Installing and calibrating electric brake controllers in tow vehicles (if qualified)
• Plumbing & Gas Systems
  • Maintaining and repairing hot water services (gas/electric/combined)
  • Checking and servicing water pumps, pipes, and tanks
  • Testing and repairing gas appliances (cooktops, ovens, heaters, BBQ outlets) – gas license preferred but not essential
• Body & Structural Repairs
  • Repairing and adjusting slide-out mechanisms, door and window seals
  • Resealing roofs, hatches, and external joints against water ingress
  • Performing minor panel, awning, and fibreglass/metal repairs
• Appliances & Accessories
  • Installing and servicing fridges, air conditioners, awnings, and satellite systems
  • Testing and repairing entertainment systems and reversing cameras
  • Fitting aftermarket caravan accessories and upgrades
